Utah’s One Thing: Musician Nick Passey

Standard

At the end of every New Utah interview we like to ask our guests, “What is the one thing that you would tell someone visiting Utah they had to do before leaving?”

We love when we get a guest back and we can pick their brain a second time for the one thing that someone visiting Utah should do before they leave! Nick Passey joined us for episode 93 and was excited to give us a new thing! Nick is a vegan and said that the one thing someone should do, vegan or not, is to hit all of his favorite Utah vegan hot spots!

Zest Kitchen and Bar (21+), Vegan Agenda convenience store, Jade Market, and the Pie Pizzeria that just added 6 more vegan pies to their menu.

Utah’s One Thing: Kate Kelly, Activist and Attorney

Standard

At the end of every New Utah interview we like to ask our guests, “What is the one thing that you would tell someone visiting Utah they had to do before leaving?”

Episode 64 was full of girl power with activist and attorney, Kate Kelly. The first thing Kate said is that Utah always lures her back no matter where she goes. The one thing that Kate Kelly said someone visiting Utah should do before leaving is to go skiing! She suggested Deer Valley Resort.

Kate also said that if you are visiting Utah you should also stop by Gilgal Gardens, which we did a feature on, and eat at All Chay which is a local Utah vegan/vegetarian eatery. There is a great write up on All Chay on: Amanda Eats SLC and on SLUG magazines food reviews!
