Utah’s One Thing: Trina Perez, Buzzed Coffee Truck

Standard

Since we started our show in 2016, we have been asking our guests at the end of every New Utah interview, “What is the one thing that you would tell someone visiting Utah they had to do before leaving?”

We were super lucky to chat with Trina Perez, the founder of Buzzed Coffee Truck, for episode 106. Of course her must do while visiting Utah is to stop at have a drink at her coffee truck! As it should be.

Trina also said that someone visiting Utah must visit Escalante and Boulder, Utah. Specifically have dinner at the award winning, Hell’s Back Bone Kitchen! Heads up, the restaurant is only opened seasonally. Make sure that you check to see their schedule on their website.

Utah’s One Thing: Director Chuck Waagen, On The Day That I Died

Standard

At the end of every New Utah interview we like to ask our guests, “What is the one thing that you would tell someone visiting Utah they had to do before leaving?”

Episode 55 we had 3 one things from the creators of the upcoming movie, On The Day That I Died. Chuck Waagen, director of the movie, said that his one thing he would tell someone visiting Utah they had to do before leaving would be, “go to the desert where you can see the stars.” Chuck also said that a visitor to Utah should head to Hells Backbone in Carbon County.  Just find isolation Chuck said.
