Episode 107 Eating Frozen Peas

Standard

We, at the New Utah Podcast, always feel honored when guests want to come back and visit our show! Dash Cox, of Title Boxing Club and DashSuppport Nutrition *no, not that other DASH diet program*, joined us last year for episode 47. This time we had him on as an honorary guest host!

Who doesn’t want to talk about the best rappers now and in the 90’s? And just a heads up, it’s not Will Smith or Warren G, apparently.

Of course we had to do some catching up as far as Title Boxing is concerned and the downsizing they have been doing to welcome new neighboring yoga and wellness studio, Encompass Wellness Studio. We had an opportunity to delve a little deeper into Dash’s study of the DNA diet and how where we came from effects what we should and should not be eating. Listen to your body!

We had to include this gorgeous picture of Dash’s daughter and what she said for this picture to be taken. Kaylyn is the daughter Dash talks about during our show this week. We love she is already on her way to being a very strong woman even at such a young age!

If you are ready for a lifestyle change and need a good kick-start, Dash will definitely kick you in the start! You can follow him on Instagram and see his stunningly gorgeous kids who know they are from Wakanda, cause basically they are. You can also follow him on Title Boxing’s Facebook page and what is going on at the club.

Episode 47 of The New Utah podcast was a blast! Our interview was full of stories that we didn’t even imagine. Dash Cox who is part owner of Title Boxing in Cottonwood Heights, an author, and nutritionist joined us on Tuesday. Dash shared his story of being a refugee and you guys, guess what? He isn’t even doing all those bad things that our President thinks refugee’s do! Dash also gave us a break down of his nutrition program he created and his history in boxing. Oh, and his name is NOT Flash or Billy Blanks! Listen to his story on the link below for more of his stories. We promise that his humility and perseverance will make you want to go take a class from him at Title Boxing in Cottonwood Heights.  You can find him daily at Title Boxing in Cottonwood Heights or on DASHSupport.
