At the end of every New Utah interview we like to ask our guests, “What is the one thing that you would tell someone visiting Utah they had to do before leaving?”

Episode 50 we had the extraordinary Tami Steggell, the owner and cookie architect, at RubySnap. Of course the one thing you should do when visiting Utah is to visit her shop and have some cookies! However, Tami said her one thing is to head to Emigration Canyon.  We guess that can be second best to her cookies!
