Utah’s One Thing: James Fowler founder of Sugar House Distillery

Standard

At the end of every New Utah interview we like to ask our guests, “What is the one thing that you would tell someone visiting Utah they had to do before leaving?”

While visiting James Fowler, found of Sugar House Distillery, for episode 68 we asked him what his one thing someone visiting Utah should be? James said to visit the Delicate Arch in Moab and hike it. He said that it represents our state. James said, “with visitors every day it is easy to get negative about the laws, but it’s easy to talk about the beauty.

At the end of every New Utah interview we like to ask our guests, “What is the one thing that you would tell someone visiting Utah they had to do before leaving?”

We were super excited to finally be joined by the busiest man on the planet for episode 57. We actually didn’t think there was anyone busier than our own Jessica, til we met Richie Steadman! Richie had two things that people must do before leaving Utah. Richie said that if you’re visiting Utah, take time to talk to someone who is LDS (aka Mormon) because it will give a better understanding of the culture. He also said head south and hike the Narrows in Zion and the Delicate Arch.
